1. We never share your details
We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer any user’s personal details with any third party under any circumstances.
2. What data we collect and why
All data collected on this platform — including name, phone number, email, exam attempts, scores, time spent per question and answer choices — is used solely for the student’s own access to the software and for identifying the student on the platform.
In other words, this data is used only to:
- Let the student sign in and access their own account;
- Show the student their own attempts, scores, and analyses;
- Identify who the student is while using the software;
- Allow the student to resume where they left off.
3. No external sharing
We do not transfer this data to coaching centres, recruiters, advertisers, analytics vendors, or any other external party. Your data is stored only on our servers and accessed only by you (via your login) and by our support staff when explicitly needed for assistance.
4. Your control
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by writing to info@ableskota.com. We will process the deletion request within 7 working days.
